When you contact us
If you call or contact us through WhatsApp, you may provide your name, phone number, vehicle details, photographs and the work you want carried out. We use the information you choose to share to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange an appointment and deliver the service you request. Please only send information relevant to your enquiry.
Where applicable, we process this information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform that contract. We may also use information to manage service queries and protect our business under our legitimate interests, and retain records where a legal obligation requires it.
Website operation
The website has no customer accounts or online checkout. Our hosting provider may process technical information, including IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, timestamps and error logs, to deliver and secure the site. Fonts and website images are served through the website rather than remote font or social-media embeds.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Optional analytics and advertising are off by default. We use Google Tag Manager (GTM-N8S8QBX6) to manage Google Ads tags. The container loads only after you allow advertising. Google Consent Mode v2 starts with analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation denied, and updates to reflect your choices. Our cookie controls let you accept, reject or choose categories and save that preference on your device. Browsing or scrolling does not count as consent.
With advertising consent, Google Ads can measure visits and enquiry-link clicks associated with advertisements and support advertising personalisation. Depending on the tag configuration, Google receives technical information such as page URLs, referrers, ad-click identifiers, IP addresses and device/browser information. We do not send enquiry messages, photographs or vehicle details to these tags. See the cookie policy for storage details. These optional purposes rely on your consent. The current container contains Google Ads tags; no Google Analytics measurement ID is configured.
You can change or withdraw optional choices at any time through Cookie settings. Saving a withdrawal reloads the page to stop already-loaded tags and removes accessible first-party Google cookies for the categories you switch off. Google may receive a consent update from tags already loaded. Withdrawing consent applies to future consent-based processing and does not undo processing already lawfully carried out.
Google, WhatsApp and other external services
Directions and Google listing links take you to Google. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp so you can choose whether to send a message; clicking the link does not automatically send an enquiry. Telephone links open your device’s calling application. These services handle your activity under their own terms and privacy notices once you open them.

Who may handle your information
Providers needed to operate our website and communications may handle information on our behalf or through their own services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or where necessary to deal with a service dispute or protect legal rights. We do not sell your enquiry information.

How long information is kept
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage the requested work and resolve related questions, subject to applicable legal record-keeping requirements.
